does the az america s900 use scramble chip ..or its just F T A ( free to air ) receiver?? can someone explain please??

S900 is and FTA receiver with ALI cpu.

Its factory firmware can be switched to an alternative one that can unscramble some scrambled channels if you have their signal keys (N.a.gra II, BI$$, 1rdeto...standards)
