To implement the important expositions by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the joint construction of the Belt and Road, and vividly present Hubei’s practical achievements in connectivity, economic and trade cooperation, cultural exchange, green development and international industrial capacity cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

推动在鄂来华留学生以镜头记录真实故事、用双语传递中国声音，助力中外青年民心相通，特举办本次大赛。

To encourage international students studying in Hubei to record real stories with cameras, convey China’s voice in both Chinese and English, and enhance people-to-people bonds between Chinese and foreign youth, this competition is specially organized.

II. Event Purpose

围绕湖北对接“一带一路”倡议生动实践，以“小切口讲述大道理”，展现“一带一路”和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢的核心精神。

Focusing on Hubei’s vivid practice in connecting with the Belt and Road Initiative, we explain great truths through small stories and show the core spirit of the Belt and Road: peaceful cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit.

增进国内外民众对“一带一路”倡议及实践的认知认同，引导中外青年在跨文化交流与实践中成长成才。

To enhance public understanding and recognition of the Belt and Road Initiative and its practice at home and abroad, and guide Chinese and foreign youth to grow through cross-cultural exchanges and practices.

中国学生及在鄂高校来华留学生、“一带一路”共建国家在鄂青年代表。

Chinese students, international students in Hubei universities, and youth representatives from Belt and Road partner countries in Hubei.

鼓励中外学生联合组队，每队5–8人，应包含1–2名中国学生。

Chinese-foreign joint teams are encouraged, with 5–8 members per team including 1–2 Chinese students.

1.核心方向：聚焦湖北对接“一带一路”实践，含基建联通、贸易畅通、文化互通、民心相通等。

Core Direction: Focus on Hubei’s practice under the Belt and Road, including infrastructure connectivity, trade facilitation, cultural exchange and people-to-people bonds.

2.价值导向：内容正向、真实原创，突出留学生视角，AI内容不超过20%，无违规内容。

Value Orientation: Positive, authentic and original content, highlighting international students’ perspective; AI-generated content shall not exceed 20%; no illegal or inappropriate content.

6.原创要求：严禁抄袭侵权，责任自负。

Originality: Plagiarism and infringement are strictly prohibited; participants bear all responsibilities.

Production Quality (25%): Professional and complete picture, camera movement, editing and sound effects

4.传播维度（25%）：海外平台发布，依据播放、点赞、分享、互动量评分

Communication Impact (25%): Published on overseas social media; scored by views, likes, shares and interactions

5.创意创新（10%）：叙事、拍摄、呈现方式新颖

Creativity & Innovation (10%): Novel narrative, shooting and presentation methods
